Upon selecting the Activities item within the Inquiry folder, the list of Activities is displayed.
Select the Activity you are interested in. In this example we select the activity "CODE STATEMENTS"
Now click the Totals tab:

All the time sheet entries for the CODE STATEMENTS activity are accumulated and the total hours, total charge and average charge rates for the current month and year to date are displayed:
Employee Analysis
If you wish to determine those employees who have been performing this CODE STATEMENTS activity, click on the Employee Analysis tab:
In this example we see that BILL has accumulated 11.00 hours of CODE STATEMENTS. By selecting BILL from the list you can examine all the time sheet entries making up this total.
Client Analysis
You may also want to know the clients for which CODE STATEMENTS activity time has been spent. To do this, select the Client Analysis tab to obtain the list of clients. If you wish to examine the jobs of the client, select the client to compile the client-job list and to view the actual time sheet entries click on a job from that list.
