To drill down into Employee work and time sheet detail, from the Inquiry folder select the Employees item.
Select from the list of time cost employees displayed the person you wish to examine.
Totals
Now click the Totals tab to view the current month and year to date statistics of the employee:
Activity Analysis
To examine the time summarised by activity for the employee, go to the Activity Analysis tab:
To view the time sheet entries making up an activity, select the activity (INTERVIEW in example above) and select whether to view the current month or all the year to date entries.
Client Analysis
The list of clients that the employee has worked upon is displayed within the Client Analysis tab. By selecting a Client you can then view the Jobs of the Client and the time sheet entries this employee has recorded for each job.
